The law firm ALEMANY & ASOCIADOS, ABOGADOS was founded in 1990 by the lawyers Ms. Isabel Alemany Castell and Mr. Carlos Puñet Núñez to provide tax, commercial and civil services. In 1996, with the incorporation of Ms. Marta Alemany Castell, the range of services was expanded to include legal advice on new technologies, data protection, consumer law, banking law, distance and Internet sales, and advertising promotions.

The trajectory of the firm continued to evolve with the creation of the Litigation Department, specialized in debt collection through legal proceedings, and with the incorporation of a leading specialist in the procedural field, in order to provide a comprehensive service to clients in the handling of litigation. During 2014, the firm collaborated closely with a law firm in Madrid, as a joint venture, to better provide services to its clients. Also, during 2014, the Firm has joined the IBERLEGISTA network, a consortium of law firms nationwide to cover all areas of the territory.
