Respond to your consultations

If you send us a consultation or query through the contact form on this website or any other means of communication provided, A@A will need to process your data in order to respond in an adequate, relevant and appropriate manner to your request.

In order to handle your consultation and provide you with an accurate response, we will process your first name, surname, e-mail address and any other information that you voluntarily choose to include in your communication, such as your professional activity, the company in which you provide your services, additional contact details or the legal problem that you need to raise with us.

The legal basis for processing your data for the purposes described above is your consent, given at the time of filling in the contact form and confirming the sending of your communication. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

A@A will retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to respond to your query. In particular, we will delete your data 6 months after the last communication exchanged.

After this time, your data will be blocked and will only be available for the exercise and response of legal actions.

Sending you electronic commercial communications

If you agree, we may send you electronic commercial communications about our services and relevant legal information, such as new regulations or case law.

To send you such communications, we will process your first name, last name and email address. We may also take into account other information that you provide to, such as the sector of activity in which you operate, in order to send you only those communications that may be useful to you.

A@A will retain your personal data until you withdraw your consent, which you may do at any time.

RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA: Which other entities may have access to your data?

We inform you that we may communicate your personal data to third party service providers that support us in the development of our activity. These companies are our data processors and we have signed the appropriate contracts with them that guarantee that your data will be processed at all times in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy and the applicable regulations.

In particular, we have entered into processing contracts with entities that provide us with the following services:

Office automation, cloud, email.
Enterprise Resource Management.

Furthermore, in case of legal obligation, we may disclose your data to authorities, administrations, courts or tribunals in accordance with applicable laws.

We inform you that, as a result of the service provided by certain providers, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In particular, the use of management and cloud tools provided by Microsoft may involve your data being partially transferred to the USA. In such cases, any international transfer of data will take place in accordance with the GDPR and, in particular, by signing standard clauses or binding corporate rules that the providers have in place, as well as by adopting additional measures as recommended by the European Data Protection Board.

RIGHTS: What rights can you exercise regarding data protection?

In your communication, you must give us your name, surname and the right you wish to exercise. If we have doubts about your identity, we will ask you for additional information to ensure that you are entitled to exercise the right. You have the right to know what data we process about you, for what purposes, where it comes from, to whom it has been disclosed or for how long it is kept.

Suppression

You have the right to request that we delete all of the personal data that we hold about you. We may not delete your data where we are required to retain it by law or to perform a contract.
