Respond to your consultations

If you send us a consultation or query through the contact form on this website or any other means of communication provided, A@A will need to process your data in order to respond in an adequate, relevant and appropriate manner to your request.

In order to handle your consultation and provide you with an accurate response, we will process your first name, surname, e-mail address and any other information that you voluntarily choose to include in your communication, such as your professional activity, the company in which you provide your services, additional contact details or the legal problem that you need to raise with us.

The legal basis for processing your data for the purposes described above is your consent, given at the time of filling in the contact form and confirming the sending of your communication. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

A@A will retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to respond to your query. In particular, we will delete your data 6 months after the last communication exchanged.

After this time, your data will be blocked and will only be available for the exercise and response of legal actions.

RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA: Which other entities may have access to your data?

These companies are our data processors and we have signed the appropriate contracts with them that guarantee that your data will be processed at all times in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy and the applicable regulations.
