CONSUMER CREDIT, BANKING TRANSPARENCY REGULATIONS, AND INSURANCE

• Advising financial institutions on compliance with regulations regarding transparency of transactions and customer protection, particularly regarding consumer credit and remote financial services, as well as defending against potential Bank of Spain proceedings.

• Advising on insurance mediation and contracting, primarily from the perspective of brokers and assistants.
